Meeting Spicer - Demo

Spice up your meetings with quick reflection prompts at the start and end.

by

Meeting Spicer is a playful deck to improve your meetings one small step at a time. At the start and end of each meeting, pick one card and hand it to a participant. They read it aloud, and the group reflects for 1 minute on how to improve the meeting based on the prompt.

  • Green-bordered cards are for the start of the meeting.
  • Red-bordered cards are for the end of the meeting.

Use the cards to reflect on:

  • agenda quality
  • time keeping
  • objectives,
  • follow-up actions
  • energy checks.

Shuffle, mix start and end cards across meetings, and gradually turn every meeting into a spicier, smarter one.
